An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen to join the safeguarding team at Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust.
The post holder will work primarily with the children's and maternity safeguarding professionals but also will provide administrative support to the wider safeguarding team members.
The post holder will prove a comprehensive, professional, effective secretarial and administrative service to the team, including taking minutes at meetings. The post holder must display a considerable degree of resilience, initiative, possess a mature judgement and maintain a friendly and calm manner when dealing with patients, their relatives and staff, internal and external to the organisation.
Flexibility, a confidential approach and a desire to make a difference are vital to this role.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
