 Junior Sister / Charge Nurse (Permanent Post)

 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Junior Sister/Charge nurse to support the ward manager to lead and develop Benham Ward.

Leading a team should provide you with a great sense of satisfaction. You need to have a resilient disposition. You should be able to demonstrate an affinity for recognizing people’s strengths. You will be supporting the ward sister to lead the team and ensure the best possible care for patients.

The applicant should be committed to high quality care and improving the patient experience. This is a great opportunity to improve your skills and become a leader of the future.

Benham ward is a 28 bedded General medical ward. We are seeking to recruit a committed and enthusiastic leader who has recent medical experience and who strives to lead and provide the best possible care for our patients

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate proven professional development and have been involved in developing other team members.
